Degree in Law, with 7 years of experience in the areas of Legislation and Public Health, labor and the development of policies and programs on HIV and AIDS for the Workplace. As a technician for the Policy Project and the Health Policy Initiative, he coordinated the area of integration of HIV and AIDS policy programs into the workplace. He has been a member of the Multisectoral Technical Group to Combat HIV/AIDS in Mozambique since 2004 and of the Bar Association since 2007. CEPSA has increased its capacity to produce evidence through research, key information for the formulation and implementation of health policies based on the population`s real problems for the improvement of the population`s health, namely: in the research and development of instruments to ensure the dissemination of the existing legal and normative framework and guarantee the implementation of the health policy in the country with emphasis on the workplace and in the community. Identify legal instruments for reforming the health system and improving the policies currently in force.
